Wil serves as Engagement & Care Director bringing over two decades of multidisciplinary experience in leadership, grief support, and organizational development. He holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and is a Certified Grief Counselor, Certified Employee Engagement Specialist, and Organizational Development Coach.
A proud U.S. Army veteran, Wil’s military career included service as a Trauma Medic, Critical Care Licensed Practical Nurse, Career Counselor, Recruiter, and Station Commander—roles that shaped his calm-under-pressure leadership style and mission-driven mindset.
Transitioning his expertise to the Organ Procurement industry, Wil has held diverse and impactful roles including Certified Grief Counselor, Organizational Trainer and Coach, Hospital Development Specialist, Manager, and Regional Director of Donation Services. His unique background bridges clinical care, leadership development, and family-centered communication—making him a trusted voice in the field.
Wil is passionate about empowering Donation Advocates and healthcare teams to engage with empathy, purpose, and professionalism. His work at LifeTalks is focused on equipping teams to lead with heart while driving meaningful outcomes in family support and organizational culture.

Nitza is a Certified Adult, Adolescent, and Children’s Grief Counselor, Authorization Coach, and the Principal Grief Consultant at LifeTalks Grief Support Training. With over 20 years of success guiding individuals from diverse cultural and emotional backgrounds, Nitza brings a deep well of compassion, clinical insight, and cultural fluency to her work.
A former United States Navy Ombudsman and educator, Nitza’s leadership is grounded in service, resilience, and relational trust. She is widely recognized for her warm, approachable personality and her exceptional ability to build rapport with hospital partners and potential donor families—often in moments of great emotional vulnerability.
Her expertise spans Coaching, Hospital Partner Relations, Family Support Counseling, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic Interventions, all of which inform the nationally recognized Engaged to Care™ grief support curriculum she helped design and lead.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Nitza excels grief support communication, and is committed to ensuring Donation Advocates are equipped to meet families with clarity, confidence, and compassion—every time.
